What is the fastest way to lose 10-15 pounds in a week?

I am a 5'3 and way 125 pounds. I need to lose 10-15 pounds in a fast and easy way within one week. Also, does losing this amount of weight help become slim around the waist?

  1. Fastest way? Cut an arm off. seriously, even if you lose that amount of weight in a week, its more than likely not going to be in a healthy way. Running/boxing/swimming/cycling are all great ways to lose weight, along with a sensible diet.
  2. the fastest way in a week is going to the gym every single day for about an hour if you do it for a month straight you would probably loose about 20-30 pounds i've done it before and yes your waist will be different
  3. You're small already so if you do lose weight it's not going to be a fast process. There's no real way to lose that much weight in a week at your size. At least not without putting yourself in the hospital from malnutrition and dehydration.
  4. I say go to the gym everyday and be on a strict diet and you will see a difference.but you really ain'tt gone drop weight that fast.or you can drink some green tea ( it makes you go to the bathroom) and you can lose ur waist fast.. good luck
