What is the fastest way to lose inches around the arms/thighs/stomach?
I really want to get that bikini figure back, the faster the better! :] I would like the most help on the thighs, because I have read like everything and nothing seems to be helping.I don't want to cut back on eating too much, but I just want some advice on exercising and some good food that isn't too many calories. Thank you so much! :]

- Doing Stairs for 10 minutes a day could really tone your abs and thighs. Push ups and weight training get the fat off the arms, but push ups also benefit your abs. Running strengthens your thighs and burns the fat off, and crunches (at least 200 a day) keep your tummy firm and tight. For the diet part, lay off fatty meats (keep with skinless chicken and fish), drink water instead of soda and juice, eat whole grains, lay off the starches, eat LOTS of fruit and veggies (they detoxify, hydrate, and taste great!) Remember that you are what you eat! Good luck!
- Wearing a bikini is also my target this summer. You can do it.....All you got to do is simply drink 12-15 glasses of water a day. NO TO CARBONATED DRINKS, COFFEE, TEA, JUICES AND SWEETS. ALSO DO NOT EAT FATTY, SPICY AND SALTY FOOD. Try to follow my instruction for 3 months and you will see the best result. I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months and now, I am on my 4th year and 7months already, maintaining my weight from 56kilos to 58 kilos. Take care and GOD BLESS :)
