Ways to lose pounds fast

IM FREAKING OUT ABOUT GAINING WEIGHT! any easy diets to lose 5 pounds fast?

Okay so im 5'8ish and weigh 118 but i use to weight 115 and im trying to get it down to 110ish. i am aware that im not overweight. so please don't answer this telling me im fishing for compliments or anything. im not. but does anyone have a good diet to help me drop 5 or so pounds?

  1. Well, just eating healthy and exercising. But, even though you don't want me to say, you really don't need to. I thought, "118? That's fine!"
  2. I'm not going to try and tell you what you already know about your height and weight. I will tell you that dieting can cause your body to go into a fat storing mode when you diet to much. Exercise tone up and remember good muscle weighs more than fat. You don't want to end up with a loss droppy behind at 45 because you dieted to much. You want to have good muscle. When your body needs calories it will take it from good muscle like your heart. Think ahead and know whats really good for you in the long run.
  3. Any way that you will use to "quickly" lose weight will only result in you gaining that weight back just as quickly. The only want to maintain the weight you want is by healthy eating and regular exercise. But really, you are trying to become sickly thin, you should stop thinking about losing so much weight. I am only 2 inches taller than you and I weigh 30 pounds more than you do, but I am thin and fit.

  5. First of all, how old are you? I hope that you are not a teenager trying to "fit" into the magazine covers (those covers are re-touched). You need to take stock in yourself and not your body, since you seem to worry more about body image than health. Most of the answers here are correct, the ones that tell you to take acai berry (are probably selling it) and you should not pay attention to it anyway, it does not work, I did extensive research on it. I applaud others that said to smarten up and realize that you have an issue with your self image and do not need to loose weight. Just eat healthy, exercise the correct amount and don't overdo anything and you will realize that your question is riduculous.
