Extreme size 0 diet? How to lose 40 pounds FAST?

Im aware of the fact that its dangerous and stuff but I really wanna risk that. Help!

  7. Phentermine - It is illegal without a Dr. Prescription. I am terrified of it, now that I am older and have more sense, but lost so much weight so fast when I was younger. Literally 10 - 15 lbs a week. I was drinking water, no salt and all salads with vinegrette. You are aware its a dangerous answer but this an effective approach. If you are over 30 you really shouldn't take it but if you want to be risky, that is a way. If you do starve yourself with under 1000 calories - you may not lose anything, and plateau after 10% of your weight loss, you will go into starvation mode and just lose water. Will be frustrating. I don't know how good your thyroid is and your current metabolic rate but usually a crash diet will only work the first time you do it, like low carb diets. The first time of a strict diet is usually your best oppurtunity. After that your thyroid can be damaged and make weight loss near impossible.

Being that skinny caused all my horomones to get messed up, my organs weren't functioning properly, I had no energy, my hair was falling out and I was out of breath just by turning in bed. I also looked disgusting People looked at me strange and during that time people would not even want to talk to me bc I looked scary. Just live healthy
  9. Like how fast? Because trying to lose 40 pounds in a week is impossible. Starving yourself won't do anything- it causes your metabolism to freak out and retain calories. And eating fruits and vegetables and dieting takes time. My suggestion is to eat small snacks throughout the day into the afternoon (about 1200 calories total) and drink LOTS of water. But don't do this for any lengthy amount of time - it's pretty unhealthy. Running for distance (not speed) is also really good for boosting your metabolism. When weightlifting, lifting a smaller amount of weight for more reps is the best way to gain lean muscle. Also - what part of your body are you looking to slim down? This can hugely impact what types of exercises you should be doing.
  10. okay im also a size 0 (at 5'9) and 200 calories is way too low and you would be in hospital before you got to a size 0, try eating smaller amounts of healthy foods so instead of eating from a large plate eat from a small plate this will confuse your brain into thinking that you have eaten more than you actually have. Evercise is most important do 1 1/2 hours everyday and have a rest day on Sunday. exercise including pilates, cardio, swimming, cycling and running. Try this diet plan and see how much you lose Breakfast- porridge/wholewheat toast and low fat spread/cereal with a fruit or yoghurt Lunch- chicken/turkey salad or low calorie soup with a piece of fruit Dinner- grilled white fish or meat with veggies Snack- low calorie hot chocolate hope i helped and good luck =]
  11. i no u said you want to take the risk but do u really wont to look like this? http://bmtv.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/size0model.jpg all skin and bones. and plus you will have no energy and will be very frail. i saw a lad the other day which was anorexic, and i felt so sad, i know it must be very difficult to deal with but i dont know why anybody would wont to be so thin? why not if you want to loose weight just drop a few dress sizes rather than extreme dieting.
