What is the fastest way to lose calories besides running, jogging, and swimming? How will it take to lose..?

I heard someone losing a lot of weight with weights only. How many calories can one LOSE w/ weights? How long will it take?

  1. That all depends on you...put simply: you just need to make sure that you take in less calories than you burn. Lifting weights causes you to burn calories so if you lower your eating habits (less calorie intake) and lift weights (burn more calories) then you are losing calories. How much you lose depends on how little you eat and how much you feel like working out.
