What can I do to lose 15 lbs in 4 weeks?
First, don't tell me it's not safe. I don't care at this point. I need to lose the last 15 lbs and I have 4 weeks to do it. Any advice is wonderful. I eat about 1200 calories a day and exercise occasionally. Are there any sure fire and safe ways to fast to lose weight? Thanks.

- If you cut out all carbs including bread, pasta, corn, peas, fruit, milk and fruit juice for two to three weeks - eat only lean meat, eggs, hard cheeses, you will lose this weight. Be sure to drink 8 - 8 oz. cups of water, unsweetened tea, or Kool-aid every day. Good luck!
- Its not possible to lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks if you are not grossly rotund and just losing water. That is basically a -decrease- of 1875 fat calories per day every day for 4 straight weeks. Its not possible. Let me put that a different way. You have to eat 1875 calories LESS per day EVERY DAY for four weeks to lose 15 pounds of fat in four weeks. It is not possible to do that. Don't believe the magical thinking of people who tell you otherwise. How do I come up with that figure? One pound of fat equals 3500 calories. 15 pounds X 3500 calories=52500 calories to LOSE in four weeks. 52500 calories/28 days=1875 calories TO LOSE PER DAY. Your metabolism by itself does not require 1875 calories per day (I don't even need more than 1800 per day and I'm a guy who never stops doing things aaallll day) so even eating -nothing- for four weeks won't burn up that amount and you would die anyway. Its not possible to do it.
