What is the best way to lose 30 pounds? FAST!!!!!?
ok so i am not 'fat' but i'm not skinny either. i am very self conscious about my Weight. all of my friends are twigs, so i need some help on the most effective way to lose weight fast. particularly Weight around my stomach and thighs. i want to lose about 30 pounds for summer right now my exercise routine consists of;;; run 4 miles a week do sit ups for 2 min. straight,every other day and i add 20 push ups ,every other day and 16 squats and 16 didiagonaleg lunges ,every other day and i eat rerelativelyhealthy. also i am 13 and i have talked to my parents about going to the gym and they said no and that i ddidn't need to. so i cant do anything that involves the gym or dvds i have too buy or anything like that. thanks for your help<3 :]

- Exercise but this was recommended to me: Do this every day stomach 50 times each- 1.regular crunch 2.side crunch (left) 3.side crunch (right) 4.full crunch- get in a regular crunch position and elevate your feet off the ground. Moving your feet and shoulders with your hands that are across your shoulders try to touch them together. Make a 'V' shape each time. 5.regular crunch arms 30 times each- 1.push-ups 2.plank 3.push-ups(again) 4.curling w/ weights 5.push-ups (again) Buns and thighs 30 time each- 1.squats w/ weights 2.superman 3.wall sit (1 minute) 4.six inches- lay down flat on the ground face up and put your hands under your booty for support then bring your legs up off the ground about 6 six inches. Make sure your feet are together (2 minutes) 5.lounges with weights 6.squats w/ weights 7.Knees up-bring your knees up and down continuously (3 minutes) Also run a mile per day. And if this gets to stressful take a day off.

- Hello my friend, You are on the right track. You need to increase your cardio to about a half hour a day (1 hour would be better), You could walk, jog or run, but running will work the best. Bottom line is to do what you can and you will be able to do more in time. With your diet, you should eat 5 small meals daily and don't eat anything after 6pm or 3 hours before bedtime.
