Uhm, what is the fastest way to lose body fat?
i just wanted to know because well, from the waist up, im not like.. SUPER fat, just a little bit. And my legs are like two beer bottles turned upside down D: the biggest part of my thigh is 21 inches (53 cm) and my legs are not the tall D: just 13 inches (33cm) from the top of my thigh to my knee cap and my calf is 13 inches (33cm) and from my ankles to my knee caps is 12 inches (30.5 cm) so my legs are huge right? i get really jealous of all the people with the skinny legs, can anyone give me some help with losing weight on my lower body?

- First, you need to check your height and your weight in order to determine if you need to lose fat.
