Ways to lose pounds fast

What is a good way to lose 5 pounds fast?

Im 128 pounds, 18 years old and 5 feet 7 inches tall, i need to get down to 115 by summer because its my ideal weight. Any ideas? If anyone has experience and will tell me a workout plan or diet plan that works for them from experience that would be great, but any advice helps :) Thanks again!

  1. Go sit in a sauna for an hour :) On a more serious note, just exercise and eat healthy, 5 pounds untill summer isn't really much. Read the article attached for some more in depth tips.
  2. actually your ideal weight for your height is 135. so you are fine. 115 would be to thin b/c of your height. just eat healthy and do cardio. stay away from fast food, junk food, fried foods. workout (cardio) 5 days a week for 45min to an hr a day.
  3. just dont eat!
  4. Just go for a run a three times a week and cut down on the calories by a little. It's not that hard; just work exercise into your routine and gradually cut down on the snackage.
  5. Wow that's nothing all you would have to do is run 2 miles for 7 days and I guarantee you will lose 5 lbs. just make sure you don't eat so much
