Best way to lose come pounds fast?

Crash dieting, more exercise, what can I do. I have a pretty lean, solid frame all around from playing hockey since I was 9, I'm 26 now, and kinda just want to lose some weight. I've been as low as 178 and never had any problem playing against men, but am now up to about 190 and while I don't look any different, I kinda of feel it. I continually go around asking people whether I look fat, yet my clothes of which I'm a 32-34 waist depending on the cut of pant and a 15-15.5 neck, all still fit perfectly fine. I'm think of eating a light, healthy salad for both lunch and dinner everyday this week.

Basically if your clothes fit fine then I don't think you need to worry. You could try cutting out all bad carbs (anything with white flour, all junk food, candy, chips, etc) and refined sugar (natural sugar such as that in fruit is fine, but don't eat any artificial sugars like those you find in processed food). You can also try drinking lots of water because it speeds up circulation and metabolism a bit. Oh and eating grapefruit for breakfast kick starts your metabolism. The best way is to just always eat only healthy food, because if you crash diet then once you stop dieting you will put all the "weight" back on. Crash deiting is only good if you want to look slim for a particular outfit/event.
