What are some ways to lose 10 pounds in two weeks?
I am 14, female, 5'4", 130 lbs. I am a vegetarian and I run 3 miles a day, but I can't seem to lose weight.

- Not that I'd recommend it, but you could go on a strictly liquids diet. I had to do that once when I had jaw surgery, and I lost 10 lbs in one week. Its not too good for your bod though, just so you know.
- The main reason vegetarians gain weight is starch. Are you eating too much breads, pastas, rice, etc.?
- Strength workouts, and lean protein mixed with complex carbs. Don't stress Life's good =)
- no sugar or chocolate. or atleast not as much. i bike 10 km a day and im 12 and 5 '2 i weigh 98 pounds and im very athletic. all i can say is no sugar and excercise more
