any Helpful ways to lose 80 pounds please?
Im only 15 and i'm 5'4" and i way 220.. i don't eat lunch or breakfast. and i eat salads for dinner.. and i walk and run on a treadmill for 30 minutes a day and i do 35 crunches.. any other helpful ideaS? and YES i know that not eating isn't healthy but i get sick if i eat to early and i get sick from my schools food.

- You are off to a good start, other than skipping meals. But you have to increase your exercise to include weight training.Do weights 3 times a week, every other day. Over time, try to build up your tolerance of food for breakfast and lunch, even if it's just a piece of fruit and and an egg.
- do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before you eat breakfast. (this helps your metabolism for the rest of the day) and please eat breakfast, try bringing something healthy to school you can eat for breakfast you can eat at break. try doing 30 more minutes of cardio before dinner too. try gradually upping the speed on the treadmill until you can jog for 30 minutes (it will definately take a while, i cant do that. i have terrible stamina lol) working all the muscles on your body will help you burn more calories (muscles burn calories). try doing squats holding 2lb weights in front of you. pushups help tone your entire upper body--even if you can only go halway down now, keep working and youll get stronger. best of luck! i know its not easy!

- You must eat breakfast at least or you will keep getting fat your metabolisim slows down . You got to lift weights to build muscles which ovetime burns calories and makes you lose weight . You should be at around 115 lbs no matter what any other chart tells you . You should do an hour of cardio . try the eliptical machine . Stay active and think positive. You should eat some fruits during the day too . And you need protein like some lean meats and fish. You must go to your doctor if you get sick from eating early . - I lost 110 pounds by going on a diet all i did was put heavy packs of metal in my back pack and for dinner all i ate was a few carrots and acai berries they really work try some dieting pills and instead of walking on a tredmill for 30 min try an hour and every 5 min make it a little faster if you feel ready and do not get tempted by the sweets try not to eat out as much because it will tempt you with fatty fooods and try weight watchers and drink 8 cups of water a day you will be seeing some huge changes in weeks and if you really stick to it maybe days i lost 110 in 2 months just by doing that i am healthy as ever now i am 130 pounds and i can be excited instead of embarassed to wear am bikini and/or a tank top and\or a mini skirt i wear mini skirts every day now!!
