What is the best way to lose weight fast while breastfeeding?
I am currently breastfeeding my 7 1/2 month old daughter and I haven't really lost much of my pregnancy weight. I weighed 183 when she was born. I dropped down to 160 shortly after the was born but like an idiot, I thought that because I was breastfeeding, I could eat whatever I wanted and still lose weight from the calories burned from breastfeeding. Wrong! I gained about 5 more pounds. We are going to the beach on August 1st and ever since the last couple of weeks of April, I have been trying hard to lose weight by eliminating all junk foods and fast food and trying to exercise at least 3 times a week. So far I have lost about 4 pounds, but is there anything I can do safely to help speed my weight loss along before our beach trip. I don't want to affect my breast milk from a diet but I don't want to be so chubby at the beach either!

- It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight quickly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as quickly. - yes breast feeding will help out wieght loss if baby is not emptying you then have hubby take the left overs making your body produce more burning more calories after each feeding you should be completely dry maybe have hubby take an occasional between meal snack also strange as it seem using the same actions as got u over wieght will help u lose it sex burns lots of calories so if you do the feeding and sex 3 times a day at least you will be bikini ready by august
