Ways to lose pounds fast

Id like to know whats a really fast way to lose weight, like 5 pounds?

Well Im not fat, but im almost over weight for my height, but im the normal weight for a 13 year old, well im 5 feet tall and my weight goes between107 to 114 pounds and i should be between like 90 and 102 pounds, im skinny but a little chubby so how do i lose like 5 pounds fast?

  1. Depends on whether yu want it to return fast. You can sweat it out, but when you hydrate, it will return. You can fast, but when you reach a certain hunger level you will binge and probably double what you lost. Safe weight loss is not done quickly.
