i need to lose 10 to 15 pounds soon what are some healthy fast ways to lose the weight?

  2. Run and work out. Nothing worth having comes easy. You don't have to starve yourself, you just can't eat more then you are able to lose in a day, or else you'll gain weight.
  3. Stop eating all refined sugar. Switch to fruit. And drink half a gallon of water a day...even if it feels uncomfortable. Force yourself to continue drinking water, I promise it will flush out so much and your body will respond quickly with any exercise and slight diet modification. As for the workout, don't even bother with a gym. Riding bikes, jogging, swimming is the best...just for 30min to an hour a day. Do it somewhere fun so that you don't feel like you are doing a chore.

  5. I'm planning on eating mainly celery for the next week! you burn more calories chewing and digesting celery than are in it! I like to dip it in vinegar with salt and pepper.   6. Not possible. It depends on your BMI. My BMI is around 19 and I lost five pounds in two or three weeks by cutting back on sugary and fatty foods (probably could have lost more, but I love my food too much). If you've a higher BMI, then losing weight will be easier. Get your heart rate up daily by jogging, walking, or doing other aerobic exercises (cardio's good, too - kickboxing, dancing, etc).

Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily. You will lose weight and tone up! I've lost 6 pounds and I've only been doing it for a week! You can do it! i know you can!
