  1. i eat oatmeal and a fruit like banana or an apple for breakfast yougurt is good to. drinking lots of water boost your metabolism. i do pilates at home to work on my abs and i go on the tredmill and bike at the gym. always eat and 1 hr and half before you work out and 30 mins after. never skip breakfast you have to eat and 1 hr or less when you wake up because you metabolism is going to slow down all day
