when you eat only a few hundrered calories you would lose weight but doesnt your body store fat?
ive dont that and ill gain some weight. do you have to do that for a long time before it takes affect? nothing works. i was working out for 2 hrs a day 6 days a week and eating healthy and i never lost weight or noticed any muscle or anything then if i try to eat less i gain. what the heck. what can i do ? i wanna lose the way fast and then i will do what ever to keep it off

- Do not eat just a few hundred calories, not healthy and no good for fat loss. When you eat that little, all your muscle will disappear and your metabolism will be almost zero.
